In order to provide a unified, fast and secure account login experience when you use LongChat services, your LongChat account information may be shared and used within LongChat's affiliated companies. We will only use LongChat account information in LongChat's affiliated companies for specific, clear and legal purposes, and will only provide information necessary for the service.

Note: Your cancellation of the above account is an irreversible act. "LongChat" will stop providing you with membership services and will no longer collect your personal information. If a new contact information cannot be provided within one working day, LongChat has the right to terminate the service provided to the user;

(4) Once LongChat discovers that the data or information provided by the user contains false content, LongChat has the right to terminate the service to the user at any time;
(5) When the terms of service are terminated or updated, the user expressly refuses to accept the new terms of service;
(6) Other situations where LongChat considers it necessary to terminate the service.

3. Information disclosure: The user's personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China and Cambodia. If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and LongChat, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where LongChat is domiciled.
3. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
4. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to LongChat, and reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
5. This agreement shall apply from January 1, 2020.
